Step 1 Click on the 3 dots at the top right of the Chrome Browser and go to Settings

1. Open Firefox – Click on the 3 lines and go to Settings
2. Click on 'Privacy and Security' then scroll down and click on 'Manage Permissions'
3. Add https://bbcollab.com to the site, save changes, and exit

How to enable third party cookies in Safari
1. Go to Settings
2. Hit Preferences
3. Select the Privacy tab
4. Deselect the checkbox before the Prevent cross-site tracking option
5. Deselect the checkbox before the Block all cookies option

1. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner
2. Select ‘Settings’
3. Click on ‘Cookies and site permissions’
4. Scroll down a touch to the All Permissions category and click on ‘Cookies and site data’

6. Turn off ‘Block third-party cookies’ if it is on
7. Find the Allow section and click the ‘Add’ button
