Why do some PDF files give a "Please Wait..." error?
Certain types of Adobe forms, called Dynamic XFA PDFs, are not supported in Browsers, and they give an error message that reads "Please Wait....If this message is not eventually replaced by the proper contents of the document, your PDF viewer may not be able to display this type of document...."
Answer
To open the PDF...
1. Download/Save the document in an easy to find location, such as your desktop
2. Open the Adobe Acrobat program
3. Click on File, and then Open, and select the document that you saved
4. The document will open and all appropriate fields are able to be filled and saved.
