How do I apply tags to Help Desk questions using the Libanswers platform?
Objective: Tags help search functionality and provide data for system analysis
Answer
- Log into the Libanswers system at https://franzello.libanswers.com/
- Open a ticket by clicking it
- On the right side of the page, there is a box with a drop-down menu, titled ‘Tags’
- Expand the box if it is shrunk, inside the box will be a section titled ‘Select Tags to Add’
- Click the check-box next to the relevant tags and click the ‘Add’ button
