How do I change my email address in Genius SIS?
Objective: Keep track of important account information with an up-to-date email address
Answer
1. Log into your Genius SIS account (if you do not have access, email the Help desk at Blackboardhelpdesk@franzello.libanswers.com)
2. Logging in brings up the Dashboard, from here click on ‘Edit Account’ found in the menu on the left side of the page
3. From the User Information page, find the Email section and replace the old email address with the new email address.
4. Click on the blue ‘Save’ button.
