How do I clear my cache using the Firefox browser on a PC?
Why does this need to be done? Sometimes clearing your browser's cache will fix common issues with logins or other errors.
Answer
1. Open the Firefox browser
2. Click on the three horizonal lines in the upper right corner
3. Select ‘Options’ from the list
4. Choose ‘Privacy and Security’ from the list on the left side of the page
5. Scroll down to the section titled Cookies and Site Data and choose ‘Clear Data’
6. Make sure that both items are checked and click ‘Clear’
