How do I clear my cache in the Safari browser on a Mac?
Why does this need to be done? Sometimes clearing your browser's cache will fix common issues with logins or other errors.
Answer
1. Open the Safari app
2. Choose Safari, then Preferences
3. Click Privacy
4. Click on Manage Website Data and select Blackboard (and related Blackboard websites)
5. Click Remove or Remove All
