How do I clear my cache using the Google Chrome browser on a PC?
Why does this need to be done? Sometimes clearing your browser's cache will fix common issues with logins or other errors.
Answer
1. Open the Google Chrome browser window
2. Select the three dots in the upper right corner
3. Select Settings
4. Scroll down to the ‘Privacy and Security’ section and choose the blue ‘Clear browsing data’ button
5. In the Time range drop down box, select ‘All time’
6. Make sure at least ‘Browsing History’ and ‘Cookies and other site data’ are selected (the other is a personal preference and is optional)
7. Press the blue ‘Clear data’ button
