How do I change my password?
Why does this need to be done? Passwords can be updated for security reasons. Always use a capital letter, a number and a symbol to make a secure password.
There are two answers to this question, and they are based on whether the User knows/does not know their password.
Answer
If you know your password and want to change it:
1. Navigate to the USAFSAM Geniussis website at https://usafsam.geniussis.com/ and sign in with your old password
2. From the Dashboard, click on ‘Edit Account’ from the menu on the left and scroll down the page to the Password section.
3. Type in your old and new password. Be sure to use a capital letter, a number, and a character to make a secure password
If you do not know your password:
Go to usafsam.geniussis.com and click the "reset password' button. An email will be sent with a temporary password for you to log in. You must know your username for this option. When your account was created you were sent an email from AETC to provide your username. If you still need assistance contact the help desk at Blackboardhelpdesk@franzello.libanswers.com
