Who do I contact if I need to reset my username and/or password to login to GeniusSIS?

Your log-in information is the same for any previously attended USAFSAM Course. Typical format is firstname.lastname/ firstname.middleinitial.lastname or the email that you registered with. Should you forget your password, you may use the "Recover Password" link on the Genius log-in page. If the email you registered with was af.mil and has since changed to health.mil and you didn't enter a personal email also, the "Recover Password" link will not work. Please submit a help desk ticket at (PREFERRED METHOD click here SUBMIT HELP DESK TICKET or send email to Blackboardhelpdesk@franzello.libanswers.com or call at 937-713-2702 (phone is not always manned and may have to leave voicemail). Submitting a help desk ticket or sending an email requires a 24 hour turn around. Finally, if you do not get a response in a timely manner please contact justeen.kincaid.1@us.af.mil.
